If you are curious about massage, new to massage, or just pressed for time— a 60 minute session is a good length for an introductory session or just enough time to focus on one specific area of the body for some therapeutic relief.

The most popular length of massage scheduled, a 90 minute session allows plenty of time to get some full body relaxation, or to focus on 2 or 3 specific areas of the body for therapeutic work.

If you just want to enjoy a long and luxurious massage, or you really want to focus on some in-depth therapeutic work, 120 minutes would probably be right for you.
